Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of redlightrejuve.com, our Shopify store, and any related services (together, the “Services”), and any purchase you make from us. The Services are operated by Dentul Pty Ltd, ABN 33 683 251 578, of Unit 6, 16 Asher Street, Coogee NSW 2034, Australia, trading as “Red Light Rejuve” (“Red Light Rejuve”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract in your country of residence to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our products accurately, but product images, colours, and descriptions are for illustration and may vary slightly from the item you receive (for example, due to screen calibration). We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without notice.

Our LED light therapy mask is a consumer wellness device. It is not a prescription medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Claims about skin improvement are general wellness claims based on the underlying science of LED photobiomodulation; individual results vary.

4. Pricing, currency and taxes

  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (for example, AUD or USD) and may differ between regions.
  • For Australian customers, prices include GST. For other regions, prices may be exclusive of local sales tax, VAT, import duties or customs fees, which are your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and offers at any time before you place an order. Once your order is accepted, the price you paid is locked in.
  • Promotional codes and discounts can't be combined unless expressly stated, and can't be applied retroactively to past orders.
  • Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. An automated order confirmation is an acknowledgement — not acceptance. A contract only forms when we dispatch the items to you. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or breaches of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via our payment providers (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna, as applicable). You authorise us and our providers to charge your chosen method. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times, costs, and regions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates — we're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. 60-day money-back guarantee and returns

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on our LED mask. Full details, eligibility and the process for returns are set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other non-excludable consumer protection law that applies to you (see Section 13).

9. Warranty

Our LED mask comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use, starting on the delivery date. The warranty does not cover:

  • damage from misuse, accidents, drops, liquid, or failure to follow the user manual;
  • normal wear and tear (including cosmetic marks to the outer shell);
  • damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications;
  • items not purchased from us or an authorised reseller; or
  • commercial or clinic use.

To make a warranty claim, contact info@redlightrejuve.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos/video where relevant. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your consumer law rights.

10. Safe use and health warnings

Always follow the user manual that ships with your mask. Please read these important warnings before use:

  • The mask is for personal, at-home use only. Do not use on children.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding without first checking with a qualified medical professional.
  • Do not use if you have a history of photosensitivity, light-triggered seizures, porphyria, lupus, or any condition that causes sensitivity to light.
  • Do not use if you are taking photosensitising medication (including certain acne, blood-pressure, chemotherapy or mental-health medications) without medical advice.
  • Do not use over active skin cancers, open wounds, infections, or recent cosmetic procedures — consult your doctor first.
  • Do not stare directly into the LEDs. Keep your eyes closed during use or wear the eye protection provided.
  • Stop use immediately and consult a medical professional if you experience pain, prolonged redness, headache, dizziness, or any other unusual symptoms.

The information on our site and in our marketing is for general wellness purposes only and is not medical advice. Always speak to a qualified professional about your individual health.

11. Reviews, testimonials and user content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, comment or any other content to us or on our Services (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display that content in connection with our business (including marketing) in any media now known or later developed.

You confirm your User Content is accurate, reflects your honest opinion, and that you own or have permission to share it (including from any people shown). We may edit, remove, or refuse to publish User Content at our discretion, including to comply with the law or the ACCC's guidance on testimonials and endorsements.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including logos, trade marks, images, text, videos, graphics and the site's look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Red Light Rejuve and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, we limit it, at our option, to replacing or repairing the product, or refunding the purchase price.

14. Disclaimers

Except as stated in Section 13, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and we make no warranties or representations that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your particular requirements. Our AI chat assistant may generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — don't rely on it as medical advice.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 13, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services or any product is capped at the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, however caused.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, costs, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Prohibited uses

You must not:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
  • resell our products in breach of any authorised-reseller arrangement, or for commercial/clinic use without our written consent;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services, or probe them for vulnerabilities;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services without our permission;
  • upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
  • infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property rights.

18. Third-party services and links

The Services use and link to third-party services (for example, Shopify for checkout, Gemini for chat, Vercel for hosting, payment processors, shipping carriers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party content or services.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from them. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of the country where you live, where you have the right to do so under local consumer law.

20. Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@redlightrejuve.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. If we can't reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to your local consumer protection authority (for Australian customers, the ACCC or your state fair-trading office).

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted to this page. The “Last updated” date above tells you when we last changed them. If changes materially affect your rights, we'll give you reasonable notice before they take effect.

22. General

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • No waiver: Failing to enforce a right doesn't waive it.
  • Assignment: You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We can assign them as part of a sale or restructure of our business.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between us on this subject.
